Software License and Terms
The same terms that ship in the installer. This is a software disclaimer, not a substitute for a signed attorney review of your dealership's contracts.

FFL Command Center is licensed by Fales Guns to the named Federal Firearms Licensee identified by the license key. These terms match the EULA that ships in the installer.
License
You may install and use the software on computers used to operate that FFL. The license is bound to the FFL number. It is not a subscription unless the issued key says otherwise. A lifetime key is perpetual for that FFL. A monthly key is access for the paid month.
Records
Acquisition and disposition records, Forms 4473, and related files created by this software are your records. They stay on your computer. We do not host the bound book. We cannot see your customers' 4473 data from here.
No remote disable
Offline license keys are verified on your computer. We cannot remotely wipe or shut off an installed copy. A key may be listed in a revocation file shipped with a later update.
Backups
Automatic off-site backup is off until you set a backup password and (optionally) Backblaze B2 in Settings. Nightly local backup depends on the program remaining running.
Monthly billing
The Monthly Plan is billed automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel with 30 days' notice by emailing information@falesguns.com or calling 954-774-7776. The first invoice is refunded if you cancel within 7 days. Payments do not build toward ownership.
Refunds
Full refund of the license price on a Lifetime or Deluxe license within 30 days of issue. Setup fees and a Deluxe custom domain are excluded (the domain stays in your name). See the guarantee on the pricing page.
No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We are not your attorney, accountant, or ATF consultant. Federal and state firearms laws remain your duty.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost records, lost profits, inspection outcomes, or incidental damages arising from use of the software.
4473 and export
Printed and electronic ATF forms produced by this program are tools. You are responsible for completeness and accuracy of every required record.
