Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and honest.
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This website, fflcommandcenter.com, is operated by Fales Guns ("we," "us," or "our"), the maker of FFL Command Center™ software, located in Coral Springs, Florida. This policy covers information collected through this marketing website. It does not describe how the FFL Command Center desktop software handles your business records — that software stores your data on your own computer under your control, not on our servers.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill out the demo request form or the contact form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the type of FFL you hold, what software you use now, and any questions you write. These submissions are emailed to us at information@falesguns.com so we can respond. We do not store them in a database on this website.
When you schedule a demo through our booking tool, that scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service. The name, email, and any details you enter there are collected and processed by Calendly under Calendly's own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can meet with you.
If you are a licensed customer using the Dealer Login portal, we collect the account information needed to run that portal, such as your email address and a securely hashed password.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and how you interact with the page. Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and usage statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and anonymized session recordings that show how visitors move, click, and scroll, so we can improve the site. Clarity is configured to mask text you type into forms, so it does not capture the contents of what you enter.
These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Our web host may also keep standard server logs.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your demo requests, questions, and support inquiries.
- To schedule and hold demonstrations you book with us.
- To operate and secure the Dealer Login portal for customers.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve its content, layout, and performance.
- To keep records of business communications and protect against fraud or abuse.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and for the Dealer Login portal to keep you signed in. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse them. Refusing analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes:
- Google (analytics) — privacy policy
- Microsoft (Clarity heatmaps and recordings) — privacy statement
- Calendly (demo scheduling) — privacy policy
- Our web host — for delivering the website and processing form email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data Retention
We keep the emails generated by your form submissions and any correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records. Dealer portal account information is kept for the life of the account. Analytics data is retained according to the settings and defaults of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing information@falesguns.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (which, as noted above, we do not do). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including HTTPS encryption across the site and hashed passwords for portal accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your information.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for licensed firearms dealers and other business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
