Sell Range Time From the Counter and Your Website

One availability engine drives both: book a lane at the desk and it disappears online instantly. Digital waivers with e-signature, card deposits through your existing Fluid Pay account, and a check-in screen that catches missing paperwork before anyone steps on the line.

📅

Day-and-Lane Booking Calendar

See every lane and every slot at a glance. Counter bookings are one click, and the calendar is the single source of truth for the whole shop.

🌐

Online Booking On Your Site

An online booking page customers use from your own website, and you can switch online booking on or off anytime. Both paths share one availability engine, so double-booking a lane isn't possible.

✍️

Digital Waivers, Versioned

Liability waivers are signed electronically and versioned per signer. Update your waiver text and the system knows exactly who signed which version, and who needs to re-sign.

💳

Card Deposits via Fluid Pay

Online bookings can collect a card deposit through the same Fluid Pay account your point of sale already uses. No second processor, no new merchant account.

🚦

Check-In That Catches Problems

The check-in screen flags missing waivers, minors, and unpaid balances before the customer heads to the lane, not after.

📊

Utilization & Revenue Reports

Lane utilization, no-show, and revenue reporting show which hours earn and which lanes sit empty, so you can price and staff accordingly.

🎓

Classes & Courses

Set a class up once, then schedule as many dated sessions as you like. Each session carries its own seat count and price, customers sign up from the same public page as lane booking, and the roster tracks attendance plus who still needs to sign a waiver.

🎫

Memberships

Build your own tiers with their own term, price and member discount. Member rates run through the same pricing rules as everything else, so there is one answer to what a customer pays. Renewals are yours to approve: nothing is ever auto-charged to a card on file.

Workflow

From Booking to the Firing Line

1
Customer books a lane
Online from your website with a card deposit, or in one click at the counter. Either way it lands on the same calendar.
2
Waiver gets signed once
First visit, the customer e-signs your liability waiver. It stays on file, versioned, until you change the waiver text.
3
Check-in clears them
The check-in screen confirms the waiver, flags minors, and shows any unpaid balance before the lane opens.
4
Reports tell you what worked
Utilization, no-shows, and revenue by lane and hour: the numbers you need to set prices and hours.

Questions

Range Booking FAQ

Can customers book range time from my website?

Yes. The module includes an online booking page you can add to your own website, and you can switch online booking on or off anytime. Counter bookings and online bookings share one availability engine, so a lane booked at the desk disappears online instantly.

How do liability waivers work?

Waivers are digital with e-signature and are versioned per signer: if you update your waiver text, the system knows exactly which version each customer signed. The check-in screen flags anyone with a missing or outdated waiver.

Can I take deposits for online bookings?

Yes. Online bookings can collect a card deposit through the same Fluid Pay account you already use for the point of sale, with no separate payment processor needed.

Can I run classes and sell memberships with this module?

Yes, both are included in the same add-on at no extra cost. Set a class up once and schedule as many dated sessions as you like, each with its own seat count and price; customers sign up from the same public page as lane booking. Memberships use your own tiers, and member rates run through the same pricing rules as every other rate.

Do memberships bill the customer's card automatically?

No. A membership has a term and an expiry, and renewal is deliberately manual: you renew at the counter or send a renewal notice with a payment link. No card is stored and nothing is ever charged without you doing it.

Is Range Time Booking included in the FFL Command Center license?

It is an optional add-on module: $39 per month on the Monthly Plan, or $495 one-time with a Lifetime license. The core system works fully without it.
