30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Buy the Lifetime License, run your shop on it for a month, and if it's not right for you we refund the license price. You uninstall. License keys are verified on your PC (not remotely disabled). Your records stay on your machine — yours. One person answers the phone and one person honors this: the dealer who built it.
Full refund of the license price on the Lifetime or Deluxe license within 30 days of your license being issued — email or call, no forms. Two things are excluded from any refund: setup fees (the $250 Remote Setup add-on — that work has already been delivered) and, on Deluxe, $500 for the custom website domain — the domain is registered in your name and stays yours to keep either way. On the Monthly Plan, your first invoice is refunded if you cancel within 7 days, and you can cancel any time with 30 days notice.
The software runs entirely on your own PC and does not need our servers to operate — if Fales Guns disappeared tomorrow, your installed software keeps working. Your bound book, 4473s, and inventory live in a standard SQLite database on your machine, CSV export is built in, the uninstaller never deletes records, and an out-of-business package generates the ATF-required format per §478.127.

A note on licensing: taking in a customer's firearm for coating work beyond the same day requires your own FFL. The software records the acquisition at intake and the disposition at return; it does not replace holding the correct license type for your operation.
